8. Termination

   • violates this Agreement,

   • acts in a way that may harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
3. Upon termination, the User's right to access the Service ceases immediately.
4. No refunds will be issued for any terminated or canceled accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied.

The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Periodic maintenance, updates, or network issues may result in temporary downtime. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss of data or interruption caused by such events.
