2. Only Paid Plans with automatic renewal enabled will renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless the User cancels renewal before the renewal date.
3. For one-time or usage-based purchases, payment is collected only at the time of purchase, and automatic renewal does not apply.
4. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. The Service Provider reserves the right to change pricing, billing terms, or package contents at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future purchases or renewals.
6. Free or promotional plans may be discontinued or restricted at any time, at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

7. User Content and Legal Responsibility

1. Users may upload, transmit, or otherwise provide files, data, documents, or other materials ("User Content") to the Service. The User retains all rights to such content but grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
2. The User is solely and fully responsible for all User Content uploaded, shared, or processed through the Service. This includes compliance with all applicable laws, such as data protection, copyright, intellectual property, export control, and privacy regulations.

6. The Service Provider may remove or restrict access to any User Content that it reasonably believes violates this Agreement or applicable law, without prior notice.

8. Termination

1. The User may terminate the account at any time through the account settings or by contacting the Service Provider.
2. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access without notice if the User:
   • violates this Agreement,
   • misuses the Service, or
   • acts in a way that may harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
3. Upon termination, the User's right to access the Service ceases immediately.
4. No refunds will be issued for any terminated or canceled accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.
3. In no event shall the total liability of the Service Provider exceed the amount paid by the User for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to (a) the User's breach of this Agreement, (b) User Content, or (c) misuse of the Service.

11. Service Availability

The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Periodic maintenance, updates, or network issues may result in temporary downtime. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss of data or interruption caused by such events.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a form on our websites, checking an acceptance box, or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Service.
